We are known for our in-house special recipe tartar sauce and crab cake sauce. Our cooks also make our gravy right here in the restaurant.
Barbecue Now Being Served
We proudly introduce Sugar Hill's own downhome, hickory smoked chopped barbecue. Our chefs have been working on this recipe for years, perfecting the slow wood cooking. We were disappointed that there was not any barbecue like this in Brooklyn so we are now bringing it to you.
Only the best will do for our guests, which is why we built our own smokehouse for our barbecue ribs. You'll notice the difference in the meat because we slow cook the ribs for 12 hours over hickory wood.

The Difference Is Special Ingredients
Everything is prepared fresh for our customers using quality ingredients such as freshly grown vegetables that come from a family-owned farm. We use smoked turkey instead of pork to season our collard greens, corn, string beans, and other vegetables because it is a healthier option. You can be assured that all of our vegetables are top quality because we grow them ourselves.
